Ship your customer an AutoTuner One. They plug it into the OBD port, scan the QR code and connect through the MyFlasher app on their smartphone. One automatically identifies the supported protocol, reads the vehicle and sends the original file directly to your AT Cloud account.

You modify the calibration using the software and workflow you already use, upload the tuned file, and your customer flashes it from the app. From there, you can exchange additional files, review datalogs, scan and clear DTCs and communicate with the customer without the vehicle ever coming to your shop.

Make your AutoTuner One truly your own with our premium custom screen printing service. Every AutoTuner One includes your logo on a sticker by default, but for a cleaner, more professional appearance, you can upgrade to high-definition direct UV printing on the device itself.

All printing is performed in-house using a professional UV inkjet printing system capable of far more than standard CMYK printing. In addition to cyan, magenta, yellow, and black, our process also uses white, red, and orange inks to produce vibrant colors, smooth gradients, and exceptional contrast on the black AutoTuner One enclosure. The result is a durable, factory-quality finish designed to elevate your brand.

While this product is intended for end consumers, we only sell it in 10 and 100 packs to professional tuners.

Is there a minimum advertised price for the One?

No. You set the price. There’s no minimum advertised price, or MAP, and we don’t sell them to end consumers, just businesses like you. Bundle it with your tune and deliver incredible value to your customers.

Are there any additional fees?

You only pay for the One pack and the Software License when you sell it to your customer and activate the device. That’s it.

There’s no dealer buy in. No setup fees. No subscription or maintenance fees. You don’t need to own the AutoTuner master or slave tools. Nothing for the cloud service or mobile app. Not even anything extra for the branding!

The total price is the same for every vehicle. We don’t charge more for something exotic. There’s no limitation on the number of files or times you can read/write, and there’s no extra fee for flashing multiple controllers such as Engine and Transmission.

Maybe we should have just answered “No.”

How many files can be sent to the AT One user?

No restrictions: you can send as many calibration files as you like, at no extra charge.

Can you write several vehicles with one AT One?

The One is a single tool for one vehicle. The AT One has been designed so that the end customer can reprogram his vehicle, not so that he in turn becomes a car reprogramming professional. The AT One is linked to the chosen vehicle by VIN number. However, you can exchange as many engine calibration files as you like with your customer, at no extra cost.

Does my customer need an internet connection?

Yes. They’ll need to be connected to the internet, either with Cellular or Wifi to download the file from the cloud.

Who provides support?

We have rigorously tested the One in a wide range of situations. Unfortunately, it's never impossible for your customer to encounter a problem related to battery voltage or incorrect actions during writing... Thanks to the AT Cloud management interface, you can consult all operations carried out by your customer and help them if they encounter the slightest problem. And, of course, our support team is always close, should you encounter any problems.

Do I need a Master tool to buy AT One?

No you don't.

Does this lock my tunes into a new "ecosystem"?

No. You’re not locked in, either by investment, or proprietary
file types.

The AT One supports a binary file format, so you're free to use whatever editing software you want and deliver the tunes however you want.

You do whatever is best for your business and your customers, which surely means using the One of course!

What's the minimum "Buy-in"?

We sell them in packs of as little as 10 devices.
