No. You set the price. There’s no minimum advertised price, or MAP, and we don’t sell them to end consumers, just businesses like you. Bundle it with your tune and deliver incredible value to your customers.
You only pay for the One pack and the Software License when you sell it to your customer and activate the device. That’s it.
There’s no dealer buy in. No setup fees. No subscription or maintenance fees. You don’t need to own the AutoTuner master or slave tools. Nothing for the cloud service or mobile app. Not even anything extra for the branding!
The total price is the same for every vehicle. We don’t charge more for something exotic. There’s no limitation on the number of files or times you can read/write, and there’s no extra fee for flashing multiple controllers such as Engine and Transmission.

The One is a single tool for one vehicle. The AT One has been designed so that the end customer can reprogram his vehicle, not so that he in turn becomes a car reprogramming professional. The AT One is linked to the chosen vehicle by VIN number. However, you can exchange as many engine calibration files as you like with your customer, at no extra cost.
Yes. They’ll need to be connected to the internet, either with Cellular or Wifi to download the file from the cloud.
We have rigorously tested the One in a wide range of situations. Unfortunately, it's never impossible for your customer to encounter a problem related to battery voltage or incorrect actions during writing... Thanks to the AT Cloud management interface, you can consult all operations carried out by your customer and help them if they encounter the slightest problem. And, of course, our support team is always close, should you encounter any problems.
