Boot mode flashing allows direct communication with a controller by opening the ECU housing and connecting directly to points on the circuit board. This method provides the highest level of access but requires precise and stable probe placement.
This probe and support is designed for use with a positioning frame and enables quick, repeatable connections to Valeo VD56.1 ECUs, simplifying setup and improving reliability during boot mode operations.
The ATP060 probe is used exclusively on Valeo VD56.1. It is useful when used in boot because it avoids more complex connections. A power supply capable of 13v is recommended.
